Canton earned the team win over Howell with an energetic night of racing and strong performances across the lineup. Top Finishes Across the Board: Top finishes were spread throughout the meet, with Micah Styles, Kyle Gurgel, Max Gazvoda, Eli Stubbs, Ethan Stombaugh, Lincoln Hicks, Lukas McKee, Nathan Pham, Jake Kennedy, Brett Richards, Paul Jouraij, and Matthew Forys all contributing along the way. State Cut Alert• Ethan Stombaugh added a state cut in the 200 Free (1:47.68) Team Momentum: Strong swims, steady scoring, and contributions up and down the lineup made for a fun night at the pool and great momentum as the season continues.Go Cobras

Canton and Brighton raced down to the final touches Thursday night, with Brighton coming out ahead 94–92 in one of the tightest meets of the season. Diving• Wilfrido Murillo (SR) took 1st with 240.30 points• Andrew Stamatakos (SR) followed with 2nd at 221.05Canton claimed the top two spots on the boards, adding important points in a meet decided by just two. Strong Relay Performances• The 200 Medley Relay opened the meet with a strong statement from Canton, as the Canton A relay won in 1:43.32, with Canton B right behind.• In the 200 Free Relay, Canton A delivered another key win in 1:32.27, finishing ahead of Brighton and keeping momentum squarely with the Cobras mid-meet.• The meet stayed razor-close through the 400 Free Relay, where Canton A placed 2nd (3:32.76) behind Brighton in the final relay, ultimately helping decide the meet by just two points. Canton's Gymnastics team had two meets last week. The team posted their highest team score on Tuesday vs Novi with a 126.725. This young team is working hard and improving every meet. Tomorrow night (Tuesday) Canton Gymnastics goes against Plymouth. We’d love to see you there!

MISCA was a great two-day showcase for the Cobras, with diving on Friday and swimming on Saturday. Across both days, these eight Cobras raced with heart and competed on the boards, showed up ready, and left with personal bests and key moments to celebrate. Individual Swim and Dive Highlights• 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼 finished 13th overall in Diving with 380.75 points• 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗼𝘀 placed 31st with 299.95 points• 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲𝘀 hit a state cut in the 50 Free (22.48) and missed another by just one tenth in the 100 Free (49.59).• 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵 finished 4th in the 500 Free (4:49.31) with a state-level swim and placed 18th in the 100 Breast (1:01.25).• 𝗘𝗹𝗶 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗯𝗯𝘀 dropped time in both the 500 Free (5:00.76) and 200 Free (1:52.07)• 𝗞𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗹 cut 4.13 seconds in the 200 Free (1:49.28) and added strong swims in the 50 Free and 100 Breast.• 𝗞𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘆 turned in a personal best 100 Free (49.97)• 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗰
