Ty Jasman finishes Chief career with All-State Honors.

Canton Girls Lax Falls to Detroit Country Day in Opener

Canton girls lacrosse fell in the opener to Detroit Country Day 5 – 18.    Detroit Country Day dominated the draw circle which allowed them to dominate time of possession.     The Canton defense, lead by Senior captain Audrey Buck, Senior Joelle Beaudreau and Junior Domonique Clark, played well but under constant pressure. Congratulations to State Champion Allison Kunz with a 9.75 score on uneven bars.  We would also like to congratulate three other top ten Medalists.  Hailey Hodgson won four, Jana Hilditch two, Katie Dickson two, and Allison added two to the total.  These Medalists are automatically awarded All State honors.  Great job team on a great

Girls Lacrosse Tryouts Are Extended

Girls Lacrosse Tryouts Try-outs are at Discovery MS from 5-7 PM, weeknights.  Athletes must bring a mouth guard, and eye protection and a stick.  If they don’t have a stick, we have a few extra sticks that they can use until they get one of their own. For more information contact Coach Dave:

PCS Penguins Hockey Quarterfinal Win

The PCS Penguins Hockey team beat Regina tonight 2-0 in their quarterfinal game. Michelle Cirino(Freshman Plymouth) and Jessica Marek(Sophmore Plymouth) both had goals. Goalie Natalie Nowicki(Junior Plymouth) had a shutout. They play Mercy in the semifinal game Thursday March 12th at 6pm at Eddie Edgar rink in Livonia.
