For the 2021-22 school year, an MHSAA pre-participation sports physical is required for all students who participate in a sport. A physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2021 to be considered a valid physical for 2021-22. The physical can be found on

Dead Week

Dead week is enforced by the MHSAA. During this period, we are prohibited from conducting practices, open gyms, or conditioning. Dead week begins July 4th and extends through July 11th. We will also have a down week prior to tryouts where we are prohibited from meeting with greater than 4 girls. This week will be August 1st- AUgust 9th.

Tryouts are being held August 11th and August 12th  in Phase 3. Freshman will wear grey, sophomores will wear red, juniors will wear black, and seniors will wear white. Again, please bring your own water and hand sanitizer. After tryouts, the season officially starts, so please try not to schedule things for your daughters after August 10th.

COVID Protocols

All players must continue to wear a mask. As of now, mandatory testing is not required until the season has officially started. Please bring your own water as we will not be supplying any.  It would be ideal for all of the girls to bring their own hand sanitizer as well. COVID screening forms must be filled out prior to attending any event. The link is at the beggining of this announcement. As best as we can, we will aim to maintain social distance. Balls and equipment will be wiped off in between each session. PLEASE, do not show up if you are feeling sick or had any close contact with sick persons. Please be responsible and think of others.

Please email your respective coaches if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. Let’s do our parts by practicing social distancing, wearing masks in public, and practicing good hand hygiene. Stay safe and enjoy your summer! Go Chiefs!
